Spyderco Shaman Lightweight

The Spyderco Shaman has long been revered as one of the most capable heavy-work folding knives on the market. Building on that hard-earned reputation, the Shaman Lightweight delivers the same reliable high performance in a package that is nine percent leaner and features an enhanced grip texture. For professional environments where light discipline is a concern, the Shaman Lightweight is now also available in an all-black configuration. Available with a choice of PlainEdge or fully serrated SpyderEdge formats, its full-flat-ground blade is crafted from Carpenter Technology's CTS BD1N nitrogen-enriched stainless steel and cloaked in a matte Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating that reduces reflections. The high-performance blade is housed in a handle featuring nested, skeletonized stainless-steel liners, Spyderco's high-strength Compression Lock mechanism, and pebble-textured, injection-molded, fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) scales. For configurable carry, it includes a broad-based, four-position pocket clip that supports left- or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry. Consistent with its all-black theme, the Shaman Lightweight Black Blade's clip, liners, and handle hardware all sport durable, low-profile black coatings.
