Thank you for shopping with Apex Edgeworks. We work hard to process and ship orders quickly while ensuring products are packaged safely and securely.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or major holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days from the time the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

Apex Edgeworks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement, refund, or carrier claim resolution depending on the situation.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including knives and tools, may be restricted in some locations.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to purchase and possess the products in your location.

Apex Edgeworks reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or placed in violation of local knife laws.

Apex Edgeworks also reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to a particular destination.


International Shipping

International shipping may be limited depending on destination regulations.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
