Extended evening drop-off and pickup available Tuesday and Thursday until 7:30 PM.
Sharpening Drop-Off
Please bring clean, dry knives when possible and transport them safely in a box, knife roll, or wrapped towel.
All items are logged at drop-off. Sharpening is completed in scheduled batches to ensure consistent results.
Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days depending on workload. We’ll contact you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Used Knife Returns
Knives that show signs of use, cutting, sharpening, carrying, or modification cannot be returned.
Sharpening Policy
Sharpening services are non-refundable once work has been completed because sharpening permanently alters the blade edge.
