At Apex Edgeworks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Not show signs of use, sharpening, modification, or damage

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Knives that show signs of use, cutting, sharpening, carrying, or modification cannot be returned.

Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of the return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item was defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help process the claim quickly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used knives or tools

  • Items that have been sharpened or modified

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Sharpening Service Policy

Sharpening services are non-refundable once work has been completed.

By submitting knives or tools for sharpening, customers acknowledge that sharpening removes metal from the blade and permanently alters the edge.

While every effort is made to improve the condition and performance of your blade, Apex Knife Sharpening is not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or manufacturer defects.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

Items must still be returned unused, with original packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
